Ernest Nister. First Edition. Hard Cover, 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. This is a Good - Copy of this Book in Publisher's original illustrated covers with red/brown cloth spine having but almost completely frayed away.The front cover depictis a couple of kingfisher birds by a river bank.This early Nister title has 10 full page coloured illustrations of birds on stiff card with the back cover of the book now detached.The book is undated (probably circa 1890's) No previous inscriptiosn are present.The contents remain pretty clean internally.This is of course an early and rare Nister title with some attection required in dealing with the spine and rear cover which is detached.Unpaginated 12pp large 4to First Edition. Good-/No Jacket.
