The title and decoation on the spine is gilt as is the title and decoration on the front cover. All edges are gilt. The end papers are a coloured reproduction of Leonardo da Vinci's painting of the Last Supper. The book is designed by Rainbird.and is very beautiful without being ostentatious. VG.
