This work was first published in 1753, and there were a total of ten printings in the 18th century. A Dublin edition was first published in 1757, and this is the last edition to appear with a Dublin imprint in the 18th century. All the Dublin imprints of this title are rare: ESTC T163762 locates 5 copies: L, D, Di, Dp; ZWTU (lacking volume 2).
