Small Rain Upon the Tender Herb
London, The Religious Tract Society. 13th. Pubs Full Roan, 30mm x 25mm. This tiny volume is preserved in its original leather box, and consequently is still in a very fresh and bright state. The gilt ruling on the covers is slightly flaked, and the gilt edges are dulled. A pencilled ownership inscription is dated 1838. The little slipcase is also full roan, but a much darker, bull's blood shade. Fine/N/a.
