This volume is similar to the little almanacs and pocket books produced for Women in the early 19th Century in England, but this one is entirely musical, with words set to various well known melodies of the period. Many of the songs have a very delicately engraved headpiece. There is some browning internally. There is a split in the paper of the upper cover over the lower portion of the joint, and there is a gift inscription in ink on the front pastedown. The entire book is contained within a card slipcase, printed with the same decorations as the book itself. Very Good/N/a.
