London, Goulding, D'Almaine & Potter . c 1811-16. With ΒΌ page Ornate lettered titles . 4 pp. This is the aria sung by Susanna and the Contessa. We can date this sheet between 1811 & 16 because the publishers subsidiary shop in Dublin was only open between 1811-16 and because it isadvertised here along with Soho Square, this helping us to narrow the publication date. Le Nozze di Figaro was first performed in 1786 and Peter Gammond lists the Haymarket Theatre presentation of 1812 as the first London performance and this helps narrow the likely publishing date.
