Moderate rubbing and edge-wear to paper over boards, endpapers browned. Book plate to front pastedown, neat name to front endpaper. 1000 copies printed. The first Hogarth Press title to be included in the «Annals of English Literature, 1475-1950», «Monday or Tuesday» was Woolf's "break out" book. It was noted that with this collection of short stories, Mrs. Woolf "emerged definitely with the liveliest imagination and most delicate style of her time."
