DOLLY'S HOME.
London: Ward, Lock & Co., (circa 1880). Victorian children's book, 340 x 250 mm, 13½ x 9¾ inches, 14 pages counting the inside covers all in colour, 1 double page, 6 with text, each page has caption text at the bottom, publisher's thin card colour pictorial covers. Spine worn and repaired, all inner margins have been repaired, many small marginal tears repaired plus 1 closed tear 2 inches long running into image but no damage, small amount of adhesion to center fold of double page plate with a tiny amount of colour restoration, some light browning to inner margins, margins a little dusty and an occasional small mark. A well loved book with restoration but still an acceptable copy of this scarce children's book.
