Oblong 4to, 260 x 330 mm, 10 x 13 inches, 142 full page photographic plates, 24 smaller mounted watercolour plates all with captioned tissue guards: towns and cities, street scenes, countryside and mountain scenery, pages (12) - Foreword, 154 leaves of images, bound in full leather with gilt vignette of Prince of Wales' feathers and motto to upper cover, no lettering to spine, moire silk lined endpapers. Tail of spine slightly worn and very slightly chipped, crack to tail of upper hinge 40 mm (1¾ inches), tiny hole in lower hinge near tail, couple of tiny chips to leather and some light marks on upper cover, cover edges slightly worn in 2 places, occasional crease to tissue guard, otherwise contents fine.
