With the printed list of purchasers and prices realised loosely inserted. The sale as a whole comprised 989 notable lots. Lot 45 comprises an important set of first editions of Kierkegaard, 38 works in 32 vols., representing all his published works. The detailed description includes on illustration and the collection was estimated at £7500-10000. It was purchased by Kraus at £10,450.
