Title: One Hundred Years: The Parish of Keighley 1848-1948
Description: John Wadsworth / The Rydal Press, 1985. Hardback. Hardback. 47pp. Lovely parish history of the West Riding woollen town with added pleasure of a wider survey of Victorian Keighley by the later very eminent Asa Briggs. Obviously much detail on clergy, past and present, including many photographs - a gem for family historians. Quarter bound in brown cloth with cream papers to boards and a colour illustrated paste-down. Cream papers are rather dust marked. Black and white photos throughout the text. Slightly rubbed and very slightly bumped. Contemporary gift note to ffep. Good+, sound copy.
