Description: London, House of Commons. 1816. 3pp. Folio. Paper wrappers. Disbound. British Parliamentary Paper. HC 359. Title continues "of Revenue Cutters in the service of the Excise." The facts, then, are distinctly the reverse of what Mr. Parish avers; and the "prophetic theories," which he is pleased to treat so contemptuously, are not so groundless as he would have your Lordship to believe." A very clean copy. Parliamentary papers of this period are rare. Provision of their sale to the public was not made until 1836.
