Book 3: Vox Stellarum : or, a Loyal Almanack for the Year of Human Redemption 1852, Being Bissextile, or Leap Year; and the Sixteenth of the Reign of Her Present Majesty .. by Francis Moore, Physician (60pp). The first book includes lists of the Royal Family, members of the royal households, Peers, and MPs; chapters on commerce, education; high water; Hebrew and Muslim calendars. The second book covers in more details such subjects as the discovery of mathematical fluxions; the Great Exhibition of 1851; the 1851 Census; abstracts of important Public Acts and Parliamentary Documents; a Chronicle of the 1851 Session of Parliament; and Public Improvements, including line engravings of the new House of Commons, New College (St John's Wood), New City Prison (Holloway), and Market House (Bolton). The third section, printed in black and red, is squarely concerned with astrology (i.e. aka Moore's Almanack). Good/No Jacket.
