Title: Colour in Painting
Description: Basle: J. R. Geigy, 1965. Hardcover. 24.5x32.5cm. "Geigy's association with colours goes back over 200 years to the time when the founder of the firm, Johann Rudolf Geigy, set up as a drug merchant in Basle, Switzerland, and imported, amongst other things, dyewoods for the then flourishing silk ribbon industry.
