Quarto contemporary vellum (underlaid at spine and corners but still wrinkled & lower cover scored) TP in red and black+(18pp)+198pp (recte 183) 2nd tp+(10PP)+132pp 3rd TP+(6pp)+78pp (Part of gathering H misbound in Part II but all complete). Old annotations on FEP some damp marks to last twenty odd pages and some creases mainly to corners, very few pages with foxing and a few with old marginalia. Edited by his student Bernardinus Christinus only after Riviere's death. Contains information on the Pest also veneral diseases with the Arcana marking up only the last part of Part III (Wellcome IV 545).
