Quarto sprinkled calf old label relaid (rebacked and recornered but in lighter colored leather) [6]+382pp +[14p of index] +177pp with licence on back of last text page +[15pp of index] *These two works probably always bound together for although pagination is separate there is no titlepage for second work and index of the first ends on Dddiii & p1 unsigned but next leaf is Eee and thus continues the signatures. TP with stamp of Kansas City church library & blindstamp of a Wisconsin seminary (only titlepage and FEP are stamped thus). Titlepage in red and black & double column text. Paper sl.toned as would be expected but clean, tight and strong.
