Large quarto boards with large pictorial color onlay of the doll and her mistress who is reading a book with the cover showing her and her doll (corners bumped and worn for 1cm spine lacks 1" to head and 2.5" to foot of the spine covering paper but the title is intact, boards bit bowed and unevenly sunned) 68pp. Inscribed to Dorothy 1918. Endpapers browned. All plates, both black and white and color are printed on one side only. Two pairs of plates have had silver paper pressed between them with sl.residue left to this blank sides else clean unfoxed copy with minor signs of use. *Nice story with peg doll having a hard time and becoming more and more worn as she travels and gets lost around Australia.
