Large octavo cloth spined pictorial boards with the Queen of Hearts making tarts by Marsh Lambert (tips worn/rubbed) unpaginated, lower cover with large color illustration by Nina K.Brisley advertising 2 other books. Unfortunately most of the line illustrations have been colored in but the color plates are untouched,as are the double page EPs. The artist worked in a typical 1920's style with some similarities to Millicent Sowerby & Mabel Lucy Attwell (see Peppin & Micklethwait Dictionary of British Book Illustration for more on her).
